Business development manager (Game dev)

AppQuantum is a mobile games publisher. We are a successful team of professionals in the fields of game design, marketing, analytics, business development, live-ops and many other specialties.

Our goal is to find great games and make them available to the whole world with the help of our expertise and resources. We help developers make their games profitable and successful. In 2020 we brought more than 30M of players to our games and generated millions in profit for our partners.

We have more than 10 published games and want more! That's why we're looking for a new team member - one that can find and bring us new titles.

Your responsibilities:

  • to search, find, sort and choose new games that fit our publishing portfolio
  • write cold emails and connect with developers
  • manage all communications with developers, assist them with our processes: testing, contract signing, etc.
  • find new ways to partner, make new connections, friends, expand your network of contacts
  • monitor market trends, analyse new and existing niches on the market

You're a good fit for us if you:

  • already have experience in the gaming industry, especially in the mobile f2p games segment
  • want and are willing to work in an international industry with partners from all over the world with different cultural backgrounds and time zones
  • love mobile games, are ready and willing to play a lot of games every day
  • have fluent English and are able to speak with different people with different accents, are familiar with rules of written language and business correspondence
  • are able to clearly and plainly express your opinion both in written and oral form
  • have experience in negotiations and signing deals

It will be a plus if you:

  • have related experience as a business development manager in marketing or gaming industry, or as a project/ account manager
  • have a good understanding of f2p market: genres, niches, trends, monetisation, etc
  • have experience with analytical services such as sensortower, appmagic, appsflyer or adjust, or are familiar with Facebook analytics or ads
